What we collect

When you request a consultation through our form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, a description of your project, and (optionally) how you heard about us. The form is hosted by Tally, which processes your submission on our behalf. Our customer portal collects the email address on your order so you can sign in, review designs, and approve layouts.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule your design consultation, prepare your quote, and fulfill your order. That's it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that make the website and portal work (form hosting, email, and site hosting).

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and order records for as long as we need them to serve you and meet our business and legal obligations. If you'd like your information removed, email us and we'll take care of it.

Cookies & analytics

This site doesn't set marketing or advertising cookies. Embedded services (such as the Tally form and Google Fonts) may set their own technical cookies or receive standard request data, governed by their own privacy policies.
